# The Metric Filter Grid

The metric filter grid comprises all of the metrics that you have access to based on your tier. To manage the Metric Filter Grid, simply click on the following:

* **Metric Name/Toggle:** clicking turns the toggle button from Red to Green. Red represents “Off” meaning the metric isn’t applied, even if there‘s a value in the Value field.
* **Operator Toggle:** you can select “<“ (less than), “>” (greater than), or “<>” (in between). Set this based on the how the Query should filter the metric.
* **Value Field:** clicking the value field of any metric will bring up a prompt for you to enter the desired value into the bot chat. Once you enter the value into the chat, the value entered is stored and reflected in the metric grid. If you select the “<>” (in between) operator, you’ll be prompted for two values - a lower-bound and an upper-bound.

The other buttons in the Metric Filter Grid are:

* **Clear All:** this button clears all your entries and resets the grid to default values
* **Back:** this button takes you back to the Query Management dialogue box
* **Confirm Query:** this button begins the Query confirmation workflow
